Refunds/Exchanges...
You have 14 days after receiving your goods to notify us if you would like to return or exchange your order.
All products returned must be in their original/unopened packaging. We will not refund and goods that have been opened. Glues/Liquids are non-refundable or exchangeable.
In the event that you receive a product damaged or faulty, we can of course exchange or refund this for you. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt and once the return is received and confirmed faulty, we can then issue a refund or exchange.

Exchanges...
The quickest way to ensure you get what your wanting is to return the item you have - unopened, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds...
Once we have received and approved your refund, we will let you know via email. You will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can sometimes take the bank or credit card company sometime to process and refund the payment.
